Q. My settings don't apply.
A. Browser private mode does not persist localStorage. Use a normal window. A hard reload (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) forces a refresh.
Q. Can I sync settings across PCs?
A. With Pro, export to JSON on one PC and import on the other.
Q. Where do I get a serial code?
A. Only via official channels (campaigns, educational programs). Redistribution is prohibited.
Q. Startup is slow.
A. Follow the steps in "Speed up startup". Background image size and history count are the biggest factors.
Q. I want to change my account email or password.
A. Please contact us via the official Instagram DM (@raisunewtab). Once support replies, follow the instructions in that reply and respond back to complete the change.
