Terms of Service
Article 1 (Scope) These terms apply to everyone who uses Raisu NewTab (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Article 2 (Eligibility) The Service is provided free of charge and "as is", primarily for personal use and for educational institutions (Learn Edition). Commercial use and redistribution are not licensed unless individually permitted by the operator. Article 3 (Prohibited conduct) The following are prohibited: - Acts that violate law or public order - Interfering with the operation of the Service - Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or excessive load against the Service, its servers, or network - Infringing the rights of other users or third parties - Obtaining, reselling, or redistributing serial codes by improper means Article 4 (Accounts) Users are responsible for managing their own credentials (email, password). The operator is not liable for damages caused by third-party use of an account. Article 5 (Paid features / serial codes) Features granted by a serial code are available only for the period stated on or announced for that code. No refunds are issued for user-side reasons. Article 6 (Disclaimer) The Service is provided as is, without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Except for the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Article 7 (Changes / suspension) The operator may change, add to, or suspend the Service without prior notice. Article 8 (Changes to these terms) The operator may revise these terms as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on the support page. Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction) These terms are governed by Japanese law. The court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance for any dispute related to the Service.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect The following is stored on the server: - Email address - Username - Redeemed serial codes and activation timestamps - Last username change timestamp - Timestamp of agreement to the terms 2. Information stored in your browser Search history, notes, shortcuts, background image, and other settings are stored only in your browser (localStorage / IndexedDB) and are never sent to the server. 3. Purpose of use Collected information is used only for: - Providing and authenticating the Service - Managing paid features - Support (password reset, email change, etc.) - Preventing abuse 4. Disclosure to third parties We do not sell or disclose collected information to third parties, except where required by law. 5. Cookies / local storage The Service uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to persist settings. You may disable it in your browser, but some features will not work. 6. External services Favicon retrieval may use public endpoints provided by Google or DuckDuckGo. Only the site domain is sent; no personally identifying information is included. 7. Data retention Account data is retained until you request account deletion or until the Service is discontinued. 8. Your rights You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your own information by contacting us via Instagram DM (@raisunewtab). 9.
